Q. What are the clinic hours?
A. 9:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday; 10:00 - 12:00 Saturday
 
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Cash, Cashier's Check, and all major Credit Cards. Assistance with financing available.
 
Q. Will you file a claim with my insurance company, or is that my responsibility?
A. Yes, we will file your claim.
 
Q. How are questions or emergencies handled after hours?
A. Dr. Liland or his staff handles emergencies or questions 24-hours per day. When Dr. Liland is out of town, another physician takes calls.
 
Q. Do you have a wheelchair to help me from my car to the office or vise versa?
A. Yes
 
Q. Where are you located? Do you have any other locations in the Metroplex?
A. We are located at 4509 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, TX 75219.

Q. What is the age range of the patients that you see?
A. All ages
 
Q. Are you seeing new patients? How soon can I be seen?
A. We are accepting new patients. The wait for a new patient appointment is 1 to 2 weeks.
 
Q. Where should I park and is there a fee for parking?
A. There is parking availabe in front of our office and there is no fee for parking.
 
Q. What is your policy for releasing records?
A. We require a records request and two weeks notice.
 
Q. Do you charge for a no show?
A. No
