Brazilian Butt Lift

Well-proportioned, curvy hips and a rounded backside can create an alluring feminine figure but are hard to achieve without genetics.

Dr. David Liland at Park Cities Plastic Surgery can provide a youthful, uplifted backside by performing a Brazilian butt lift.

So why should you consider this popular type of butt augmentation?

A Brazilian Butt Lift Is a Safe, Minimally-Invasive Body Contouring Option

Safe and Lifelike

During a Brazilian butt lift, Dr. Liliand uses your own natural tissue to enhance the size of your backside. As such, there is almost no chance of having an allergic reaction and the results look more natural than butt implants.

Slimming for Entire Body

The tissue used to augment your rear end comes from other areas of your body. Dr. Liland can use liposuction to address areas with extra fat stores, such as the thighs and abdomen, and provide a slimmer, more toned figure.

Less Invasive

While surgical butt lifts and butt implants both provide dramatic results, they also require larger incisions and more discomfort. With a Brazilian butt lift, Dr. Liland will use a tiny needle to add fat. The injection points are practically invisible, making this type of lift much less invasive.

Brazilian Butt Lifts Have High Success Rates

Wondering whether a butt lift can help you?

So who is a good candidate?

A Brazilian Butt Lift Is a Good Choice for Individuals Who Do Not Want Implants

Do You Have Extra Fat Tissue?

Since Dr. Liland will use your own tissue to perform this type of butt augmentation, you need to have adequate fat stores that he can harvest for the injections.

Can You Avoid Sitting?

After the procedure, you will need to avoid sitting directly on your buttocks for several weeks so as not to kill the transplanted fat cells.

Do You Have Loose Skin?

Unlike surgical butt lifts, this technique does not address sagging skin

How safe is this procedure?

Brazilian Butt Lifts Are Highly Safe When Performed by an Experienced Surgeon

Complications from a Brazilian butt lift usually arise when surgeons do not have respect for the process or lack the training to perform it correctly. Dr. Liland has over 25 years of surgical experience. In addition, he regularly attends seminars and specialty meetings to remain up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques.

His attention to detail and years of training can help you avoid complications and ensure you remain safe during your butt augmentation procedure.

Surgery is a two-stage process...

Purification of the Fat Tissue Is a Crucial Aspect of This Procedure

In order to gather the fat tissue, Dr. Liland will first perform liposuction. He may utilize the techniques of tumescent liposuction to diminish potential side effects of the procedure.

Once the fat cells are gathered, he will place them into a centrifuge, a device which rotates rapidly to separate fluids of different densities. This process purifies the fat to ensure only the best tissue is used in your injections.

Dr. Liland will then layer tiny droplets of the processed tissue into the buttocks to maximize retention. This layering method also provides a completely smooth, natural-looking appearance.

Wondering about the recovery process?

It Takes Several Weeks  to Return to Normal after the Procedure

After the surgery is complete, compression garments will be provided to reduce inflammation and swelling. Some discomfort, bruising, and swelling is normal and should begin to subside after a few days. Most side effects should completely resolve within several weeks. Patients can expect to return to work within two to three weeks, while strenuous activities should be avoided for a month or until Dr. Liland provides his approval.

Exceptional Results

Patients should see an enhanced figure right after their Brazilian butt lift surgery, with the full effects of the procedure becoming more noticeable as swelling subsides in the upcoming weeks. This procedure is often performed as a standalone option, but it can be combined with other cosmetic enhancements, like a breast lift or augmentation, for even more striking results.

Enhancing Your Silhouette

A Brazilian butt lift is a technique that first uses liposuction to remove fat tissue from one area, such as the midsection or thighs, and then reinserts the tissue into the buttocks. This means that the benefits of the procedure are twofold: patients can both slim a problem area while adding volume to the backside.

Fat transfer can improve the appearance of the hips and buttocks in a few ways. Women with an athletic build and lean backsides can add roundness by receiving a fat graft that focuses on the indented sides of the buttocks. Women seeking a more balanced backside and lift can benefit from a fat transfer aimed in the upper portion of the treatment area. And a backside that is lacking in projection and appears droopy can gain volume and protrusion with a fat transfer that concentrates on the central and upper portions of the buttocks.
